1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for products that have been damaged in transit, have physical defects, or in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped.
  • To request a return, you must send an email with a video showing the damaged/incorrect product within the stipulated time for us to process your request.

4. Approval and Refunds:

  • Once the return is approved as eligible, a replacement will be issued.
  • If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
  • For online payments, the refund will be processed back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the request.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.

7. Product Loss and Damage:

  • If you experience a product loss, such as spillage or container breakage, we will replace the product for you.
  • However, for physical damage like dents or scratches, we will not be able to process a refund or return.
